This means these products are not returnable and no refunds will be issued
unless shown to be defective.

Payment for Quilting Machines is made directly to
American Professional Quilting
Systems,
so their policies for refund or return would be in effect.

There are FOUR ways to submit your
order.
1.
By E-MAIL
"Highlight" the form below. Hold down Ctrl and C to "copy".
Go to your mail program, open a New Msg. &
"paste" the form into the body of the msg.
(Place mouse cursor in body of message, hold down Ctrl
and V to
"paste" into the message body.)
Fill in the blanks, add "ORDER + your name"
in the Subject Line
&
hit Send.
If you could take a few extra moments
to fill in the short survey at the bottom of the form,
it would be very much
appreciated. Of course, this is optional.
Shipping: To U.S. - Priority Mail Flat
Rate with Confirmation for 1 Pocket Guide or 1 Feathers Guide is $5.25 U.S.
Priority Mail Flat Rate Box with Confirmation is $9.60 for up to 10 sets of
Pocket Guides or 5 Feathers Guides.
Shipping to: Canada

(No

If you pay by VISA,
your number must be faxed
or phoned to me after you e-mail your order;
OR you can insert your CC# into a
Word Document and sent it as an attachment to your order.
This is very safe.
If you phone & get the answering
machine (after 4 rings), just say you've placed an order by e-mail;
then say
your name clearly, and the Visa # slowly. Don't forget the expiry date.
Repeat the # & exp. date. This is very safe, as it is password
protected.
*****Please leave your phone # in case your e-mail order doesn't come through.
If I have your Visa # "on file", all you
need to do is send your order by e-mail and say "Visa # "on file".
Please make sure I have an up-to-date exp. date if you've rec'd a new
card since your last order.

2. By PAY PAL
You can use just about any credit card or a direct
transfer from your bank to my PayPal account. Inquire about this service when
you place your order & I'll send a Request for Funds directly from the PayPal
site so you can make quick,
easy payment. You can sign up for PayPal Service
here. You do NOT need to "join" PayPal to use this service.
3.
By
CHECK or MONEY ORDER.
An invoice will be e-mailed to you as soon
as I open your Order Form and process your order.
